Public offer agreement for furniture delivery services

1. Subject of the agreement
The Contractor undertakes to provide furniture transportation services for the Customer in accordance with the request, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for these services.
2. Procedure for providing services
2.1. The Customer submits a request via the feedback form on the website or by phone +38 (067) 384 75 63.
2.2. After receiving the request, the Contractor contacts the Customer to agree on the date, time, delivery addresses, scope of work, and cost of services.
2.3. Services are considered provided after signing the work acceptance certificate (or after the actual completion of transportation, if the certificate was not drawn up on site).
3. Cost of services and payment procedure
3.1. The cost of services is determined based on the current rates of the Contractor published on the website and is agreed with the Customer during order confirmation.
3.2. Payment for services is made by the Customer in cash to the Contractor after the completion of services, or by bank transfer according to the issued invoice.
4. Liability of the parties
4.1. The Contractor is responsible for the integrity of the cargo during its transportation. If the cargo is damaged due to the Contractor's fault, the parties draw up a damage report, on the basis of which the Contractor compensates for losses within the limits provided by applicable law.
4.2. The Contractor is not responsible for the condition of the cargo that existed before it was accepted for transportation, or for packaging that does not meet transportation requirements.
4.3. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the request (address, contact phone number, description of the cargo).
5. Force majeure
The parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations if this occurs as a result of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, military actions, government actions, etc.).
6. Other conditions
6.1. The Contractor has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website.
6.2. In cases not provided for by this Agreement, the parties are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
